Ken Enck Sr. spent 44 years perfecting the art of catering, building a reputation rooted in Lancaster County's rich culinary traditions. His philosophy was straightforward: treat every event like it's the most important gathering of the year, because to the people celebrating, it is.
From those early days of hands-on, detail-driven service, Enck's Plus Catering grew into a full-service operation trusted by families, corporations, and institutions across five Pennsylvania counties. The company earned that trust one plate at a time, with recipes refined over decades and a service style that makes guests feel like family.
Now retired, Ken Sr. still makes appearances at large-scale events, lending his experience and warmth to the operation he built from the ground up. His legacy lives on in every detail of how the team approaches their craft.

Meet Jim Hecker
With over 20 years in the catering industry and a background in sales that sharpened his instinct for understanding what people truly want, Jim Hecker leads Enck's Plus Catering with a hands-on approach to every event the team takes on.
Jim and his wife Cindy, along with their three children and grandson Jayden, are deeply woven into the Lancaster County community. That personal connection shows in how Jim runs the business: with genuine care for the people he serves.
As a veteran-owned operation, Jim brings discipline, integrity, and a commitment to excellence that extends from the kitchen to the last guest served.

As the daughter of founder Ken Enck Sr., Kim carries forward the family tradition with a natural talent for event coordination. She works closely with clients from the first phone call through the final toast, ensuring every detail aligns with their vision.

Large Event Support
Continuing the Enck family's involvement, Ken Jr. steps in for the company's largest events, bringing the same meticulous attention to quality and hospitality that his father instilled. His presence at major gatherings helps maintain the personal touch that defines the brand.
Jon Weaver
Chef & General Manager
Jon leads the kitchen with precision and creativity, overseeing everything from seasonal menu development to day-of execution. As General Manager, he also coordinates the operations side, making sure the culinary experience lives up to the company's 35-year reputation.

Both rooms come equipped with professional audio/visual systems, making the facility an ideal choice for wedding receptions, corporate seminars, holiday parties, and milestone celebrations. Paired with the full catering capabilities of Enck's Plus, clients get a seamless venue-and-food package under one roof.
